		<description>I disagree. BroadSoft and Lucent Technologies have both developed telephone switching equipment that allows a subscriber to upload MP3 files via a web interface. I believe it is just a matter of time, in addition to enough subscriber requests for the service, to encourage carriers to implement the feature. Imagine the possibilites for business customers to utilize custom ringback tones for advertising purposes.</description>
