we went to see Borat last night. maskit came with very low execrations, i came with rather high.
i think we both came out satisfied.
unlike the Ali G movie this one doesn't lose its edge after 10 minutes. there is an attempt at a story line between scenes making fun of dumb/racist/insane people living in fly-over-country.
there is a disgusting scene of borat and azamat wrestling naked. this one should have stayed on the editing floor in my opinion, but it was probably left in because of its shock value. other than that i wish they would have left in some of the "deleted scenes" you can find on youtube.
highly recommend to download (or go to a theatre to see if you're old school…)

i downloaded the gmail mobile app to my blackberry 8700 yesterday
. it is awesome! (does any one still use this word?) really. the best mobile app i played with to date.
it is fast. simple. and delivers the good.
it is just amazing that with all the companies playing with mobile email all these years it took google to come and show how to do it right.
now i have both gtalk and gmail on my blackberry. next should be google reader, so i can read all my RSS feeds easily.

after way too long time i finished stumbling on happiness (NOT A SELF HELP BOOK). i think the author should have chosen a different title..
the book sheds light on some of the basic behaviors of people, with a focus on our impressive inability to misjudge our past, present and future. it is filled with anecdotes from researches conducted in different universities and is written with lots of humor.
i highly recommend!
