I then checked B&H website and found that they sell the exact same item for the price of $76.95, I told my friend I was going to return it but she told me I don't have to do that, she said just show them the price B&H is selling and Circuit City will give a refund 110% of the difference. So I brought my receipt and show them the price B&H is selling, expecting to get my refund but the sales representative told me B&H is not part of their competitor and they won't give me the 110% price difference refund. I eventually return the item and bought it from B&H. I don't think I"ll ever go shopping in Circuit City anymore, their unbeatable price gurantee is BOGUS!!! It clearly states on their website and on the big sign in the store that it doesn't apply to promotions. I have used their guarantee a few times with no problems, and only once with a problem (due to a snotty teenage employee who didn't even know they had a price guarantee). When I went to the store with my receipt and an copy of their offer they pointed out that their price match didn’t apply to offers or promotions.
